We want to thank you for your support and patience these last few months as we have worked to provide care for our patients while keeping our community safe. The well-being and safety of our staff, clients and patients continues to be a top priority for Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital.
Safety is a top priority for us and we will be continuing with the following measures to protect you and our staff.
During this time, we have enabled a text messaging feature to improve our curbside service and offer our clients the ability to easily communicate with us. Upon your arrival for your pet's appointment or prescription refill pick-up, please send a text message to (610) 580-0867 to let us know the following:
- Reason for visit
- Your name and your pet's name
- Parking space that you are parked in
A staff member will then get back to you as quickly as possible on next
steps. If you do not have texting capabilities, please give us a call
at (610) 527-3484.
Face Mask Protection:
You can expect our staff to wear a face mask for your safety and the safety of their colleagues and we require you to wear a face mask when utilizing our curbside services.
If you have been waiting to schedule your pet’s wellness exam, elective procedure, or any other type of appointment, please call us to schedule. There may be longer than normal wait times to be seen while we work to get the pets of the BMVH community back up to date. We will continue to do our best to accommodate your schedule but ask for some understanding while we work through these changes.
